Building and Management Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The Building and Management Office will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- The day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day
Our Building Engineers are on-call for emergency needs after normal business hours and during the above-noted holidays. Our 24/7 emergency service attendant can be reached by calling our office at 312.222.0777. Any service requests requiring an immediate response will be promptly routed to the appropriate Property Manager and/or Building Engineer. Overtime charges may apply.
